The booking of the studio is being completed with a 100% prepayment.
You can cancel your booking not more than 5 days prior to appointment. When canceled with less than 5 days the prepayment is not being returned.
If the studio stays empty after your booking time has ended you can prolong it by speaking to the administration.
The beginning of studio renting time begins with the time you set up online while making the reservation. But not the actual time of the beginning of the photo-shoot. Being late for the shooting or finishing it earlier will not reduce the total price of booking time.
Responsibility for the integrity and preservation of the scenery, equipment, accessoires, props rests is directly on the person who is renting the stusio.
Before the start of using the studio we ask you to carefully read the rules of booking and checking the sericeability of studio equipment. If you find any problems, people conact the administration right away. By the end of the rent administrator checks all the problems that have been found. Incase of any equipment damage the tenant (renter) must pay its market value.
Any manipulation with backgrounds can only be made with adminstrator presence. The cost of a running meter of a new/damaged background (damage, stains, traces of shoes, gaps/tears etc.) – 10 Euros (€) / running meter.
Setting up the equipment for the photoshoot, help and consultation of admins are included in the renting price.
Working in the studio is only allowed in change shoes. Those (sleepers) are given for free at the studio. For the cyclorama special shoes are being provided too!
Or a special material for your shoes is being provided to you before the shooting.
Please notice that, the cleanliness of the shoes is also concerned by the models who are taking part in the shooting. All the garbage that is being done during the photo-shoot must be cleaned up and removed until the end of the renting time. If the shooting in the studio requires a subsequent cleaning, you should contact the administration beforehand. The cleaning is 30 Euros (€)
Smoking in the studio is absolutely forbidden!
If smoking is a part of creating a scene in the shooting, it must be handled beforehand with admins.
In the studio locations it is forbidden to eat. Exceptions can only be made by an agreement of customer and the administration. When the products are being used a part of the shooting.
Shooting with animals must be also discussed with the administration beforehand.
Administration reserves the right to not allow any person in to the studio and remove from it any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
